Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items in unused condition with original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, some personal-care items can only be returned unopened; final-sale items are marked as such before purchase. Any exception is stated on the product page.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received.
